hi, In 2006 I formerly own 80,345,000 shares of penny stock with Pearl Asian mining industry. My broker (Scottrade) handles it, the same year 2006 - a a 90% buyback occured using convertible debenture to mature in 2011, where Pearl Asin Mining company will pay at a rate of$0.001 per share on or before its maturity and is converitble back to common stock at a rate of $0.01 upon surrender in 2011 - so time came that I have requested for a Convertible Debenture Certificate from the 90% buyback, my broker who handles my account online refuse to issue me a CD Certificate despite of several request I made by phone and letters. I always have doubt on figures (numbers) they have posted in my online account where I am supposed to have a 72, 310,500 representing 90% of my original shares they ( scottrade) took for the buyback/CD and yet what is only showing on my screen is 72,310 indicated as quantity and I begun writing them asking for my CD Certificated but they continue ignoring my reqest and reasoned that I dont have that much of of shares of 72,310,500. They made me confused and never made an explanation why, and later I found out it was exchanged into a bond for 100 per share resulting to a 72,310 shares remaining and posted in my account. I then requested again for my CD Certificate and when they replied I was tol that my CD was returned back to common stock shares. So instead of issuing me my CD Certificate they returned back my CD worth $72,310 dollars back to common shares without my informing me at a rate of 0.01, whereas I lost the opportunity to secure my money until its maturity and will grow more than double at a rate of 0.01 upon surrender in 2011. What have they done, is this legal? Do I have a case if I bring this to court, on what basis? Please help - mike

BLOG My wife and I recently tried to get SSA from social security. I guess it does not pay to be honest. We thought we had 3 shares of ATT stock but we don't any more. SSA wants proof that we don't have the stock any more and what it was worth when it was transferred and to whom or what it was transferred in 1992.All we wanted was a little help to offset what we live on which is 661 a month from Social Security. Can anyone help us ? My email is daddelfs@yahoo.com
